1. Introduction

Welcome to cair4d ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "the User") and cair4d governing your access to and use of our online gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and products offered through the website located at https://cair4d.cam (the "Website").

By creating an account, accessing the Website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • "Account" means the personal gaming account created by you on the Platform, which includes your username, password, personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by you on any gaming product or sporting event offered through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, table games, and lottery-style games such as togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery).
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, incentive, free bet, cashback, or reward provided by cair4d, which may be subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by you from your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet to your cair4d Account balance for the purpose of placing Bets.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account balance back to your registered Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• "Services" means all gaming products, betting markets, casino games, payment processing, customer support, and related features offered by cair4d through the Website.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, software, design elements, graphics, text, databases, and other content owned by or licensed to cair4d.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account, accessing the Website, or using any Services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and when using the Services. We use geolocation technology to verify your location, and accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia may result in Account restrictions.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are deemed legally incapable of entering into contracts, you are not permitted to use our Services.
4. Identity Verification: You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must upload a clear photograph of your KTP to verify your identity as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
5. Single Account Policy: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with cair4d. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances and winnings.
6. No Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of cair4d or any of its affiliated companies. You must not be a professional athlete, coach, referee, team owner, or other individual with insider information related to sporting events on which we offer betting markets.

By registering for an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms. Any false representation or fraudulent documentation will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete our online registration form by providing the following information:

• Full legal name (as shown on your KTP)
• Date of birth
• Indonesian national identity card (KTP) number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal bank account or e-wallet information (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

You must upload a clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP for identity verification purposes. Registration is subject to our approval, and we reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all Bets, transactions, and communications made using your Account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account, any security breach, or any suspected fraudulent activity. We recommend that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security and that you change your password regularly.

4.3 Account Closure and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, created multiple Accounts, provided false information, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Upon Account closure, you will forfeit any remaining balance, pending Bets, and Bonus funds, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, we will process any pending Withdrawals of legitimate funds in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to completion of any required verification checks.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

cair4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallet transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Deposited funds will be credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of receipt, depending on your chosen payment method and the processing time of your financial institution.

You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider. cair4d does not charge deposit fees, but your financial institution may impose charges for transfers.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process.
• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonuses.
• The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your verified Account.
• Withdrawals are processed during Indonesian banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to process Withdrawals within 15 minutes during banking hours, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, and BNI typically complete in 5-15 minutes, while other banks may take up to 1-4 hours. E-wallet Withdrawals to OVO and DANA are generally instant to 5 minutes.

We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving Withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where we suspect fraudulent activity. You may be required to provide additional documentation, such as proof of address, bank statements, or source of funds documentation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cair4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We implement strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with Indonesian financial regulations. You agree to provide any information or documentation we request to verify the source of your funds. Accounts associated with suspicious transactions or money laundering activities will be immediately frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, cair4d may offer Bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible players. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (sometimes referred to as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements), maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and game eligibility.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available only to verified Account holders who meet the specified eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Each Bonus is subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by Bonus and are clearly stated in the promotional terms.
• Only Bets placed using Bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Bets placed using your cash balance do not contribute to Bonus wagering unless specified otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution percentages are specified in the Bonus terms.
• There may be maximum bet limits while wagering a Bonus (e.g., Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Any unused Bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will expire after the specified time period, and associated funds will be removed from your Account.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, using betting systems designed to guarantee profit, or any other form of advantage play, is strictly prohibited and will result in Bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and confiscation of winnings.
• We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms. If you do not wish to participate in a Bonus, you may opt out by contacting customer support before making a deposit or placing a Bet.

7. Betting Rules and Policies

7.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on the Platform are governed by the following rules:

• Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by you. Ensure all Bet details are correct before confirming your wager.
• We reserve the right to reject or limit any Bet at our discretion, including Bets that we deem to be placed in error, placed using unfair advantage, or exceeding our internal risk limits.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits may vary depending on the sport, event, market type, and your Account status.
• In the event of obvious errors in odds, lines, or game outcomes (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), we reserve the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes, or to settle Bets at corrected odds.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Bets on that event will be void and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe as specified in our specific sport rules.
• Settlement of Bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport or game. We are not responsible for any errors in third-party data feeds, and we reserve the right to correct settlements if official results differ from initially reported outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

cair4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sports, including but not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, and MotoGP. Each sport is governed by specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and special circumstances. These rules are available in our detailed Sports Betting Rules document.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, including live dealer games, slot games, table games, and lottery-style games such as togel, are provided by third-party game providers. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealers and equipment. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider and are displayed in each game's information section.

7.4 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Bets.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or other technical glitches for profit.
• Arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee profit).
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or advantage play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Creating multiple Accounts to evade betting limits or claim multiple Bonuses.

8. Responsible Gaming

cair4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players from the harms of problem gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Betting Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can wager per Bet or per day.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders that notify you of the time elapsed and money spent during your session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for a specified period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), during which you will not be able to access your Account or place Bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account if you feel gambling has become a problem. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cair4d and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "cair4d Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account, transmissions, or data.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content, odds, or game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions, system downtime, server failures, or interruptions in service availability.
• Bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Website.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including but not limited to game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers.

In no event shall the total liability of the cair4d Parties to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risks, including the risk of financial loss. You agree to use the Services at your own risk and accept full responsibility for all Bets placed and all consequences resulting from your gaming activity. The cair4d Parties are not responsible for any losses you incur due to poor judgment, lack of skill, bad luck, or other factors within your control.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following escalation process:

1. Informal Negotiation: You agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within thirty (30) days of receipt.
2. Mediation: If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute, you and cair4d agree to participate in good faith in non-binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Jakarta, Indonesia.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, any remaining dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against cair4d. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
